- 9:00 - 9:10 Attendance
- 9:10 - 9:25 Stretch and Running Lines
- 9:25 – 9:55 Offensive Period
- 9:55 - 10:10 Snack Break
- 10:10 – 10:40 Defensive Period
- 10:40 – 11:00 Games and Competitions
- 11:00 Pick-up

- 9:00 - 9:10 Attendance
- 9:10 - 9:25 Stretch and Running Lines
- 9:25 – 10:25 Offensive Period
- 10:25 - 10:35 Snack Break
- 10:35 – 11:35 Defensive Period
- 11:35 – 12:00 Games and Competitions
- 12:00 Pick-up (11:30 on the last Day of Camp)
Campers must have the following everyday:
- Cleats
- Work-out clothes
- Great attitude
- Enthusiasm
- Love for the game.
