- 9:05 - 9:10 Attendance
- 9:10 - 9:20 Stretch and Running Lines
- 9:20 – 9:45 Offensive Period
- 9:45 - 10:10 Defensive Period
- 10:10 – 10:30 Snack Break and Bathroom Break
- 10:30 – 11:00 Games and Competitions
- 11:00 Pick-up

- 9:05 - 9:10 Attendance

- 9:20 – 9:45 Offensive Period
- 9:45 - 10:10 Defensive Period
- 10:10 – 10:30 Snack and Bathroom Break
- 10:30 – 11:45 Games and Competitions
- 11:45 Pick-up (11:30 on the last Day of Camp)
Campers must have the following everyday:
- Cleats
- Work-out clothes
- Great attitude
- Enthusiasm
- Love for the game.
