About Connor Katz:

Connor Katz is currently a Senior scholarship QB at Georgetown University. He grew up in Cranford, NJ and began playing Football at the age of 6. He stared at Cranford High School and was the 1st, 3 year Starting QB under Head Coach Erik Rosenmeier. He was a 2 time All-Conference Player and 2nd -Team All State by NJO.com and 1st Team All-Zone Team by Jersey Sports Zone his Senior Year. Ranked as the #1 Duel Threat QB in NJ for the Class of 2020 and Top 100 in the US, he was heavily recruited for college programs. He received over 15 Scholarship offers and ultimately committed to Georgetown University. He is currently battling for the starting QB spot for the 2023 season and is a 3-time All-Patriot League Academic Honor Roll player.

Connor Katz Passing Attack helps prepare young players for what to expect, and to teach them the fundamentals and mindset they need to stand out in front of coaches, scouts, and on the field of play.

 

What is taught?:

Connor Katz instructs each quarterback in several different areas:

• Footwork
• Body control
• Throwing mechanics
• The mental game

Successful quarterbacks are both fast-twitch athletes and the quickest thinkers on the field. The physical aspects of the game are vital, but the knowledge and understanding of the QB position are keys to playing fast, efficient, effective, and confident. We will focus on mastering the basic fundamentals and teach the complexities of offense and defense. We challenge our quarterbacks to be complete players.
